Our Concierge Services
1. Choose Your Package
Browse our curated Welcome Fridge packages or customize your order to fit your vacation needs.
2. Fill Out the Order Form
Complete our simple order form with your arrival details, grocery selections, special requests, and delivery preferences.
3. We’ll Review Your Order
Once your form is received, we will contact you with payment information along with an invoice for the service fee.
4. Grocery Invoice Sent Separately
After shopping is completed, a separate invoice for the grocery total will be sent based on your final purchase amount.

Hi, I’m Kelsey — a local mom, healthcare professional, and the founder of The Welcome Fridge.
After spending years working in healthcare, I’ve always had a passion for helping people feel cared for, supported, and comfortable. Becoming a new mom gave me an even deeper appreciation for how valuable convenience and thoughtful support can be during busy seasons of life — especially while traveling or settling into a vacation home.
Living here along the North Carolina coast, I saw an opportunity to create a service that helps families start their vacation stress-free. Whether you’re arriving after a long travel day, visiting with little ones, or simply wanting your favorite foods waiting for you, The Welcome Fridge is designed to make your stay easier, more relaxing, and more enjoyable from the moment you walk through the door.
As a local business owner, I also love supporting other local businesses whenever possible by incorporating favorite local products and special requests into our deliveries.
