How does the Welcome Fridge work?

Simply place choose your arrival date, select your package,  and submit your grocery preferences. We shop, deliver, and stock your vacation rental before you arrive.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Brunswick County, New Hanover County, and surrounding coastal communities including Southport, Oak Island, and Kure Beach.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We reccomend booking at least 48-72 hours before arrival to ensure availibility and allow time for grocery planning.

Can I request specific grocery items?

YES! We love personalized orders. You can submit your own grocery list or let us curate items based on your preferences.

What stores do you shop from?

We commonly shop from Publix, Food Lion, Lowes Foods, and Walmart. We also love to support local business whenever possible.

How does payment work?

Payment of the service fee is collected at the time of booking. Cost of groceries/items will be invoiced after shopping has been completed if applicable.

Can I order beach essentials too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can often include beach snacks, drinks, paper products, sunscreen, baby essentials, and other beach essentials.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

Accepted Answer

No. As long as property access has been coordinated ahead of time, we can complete delivery and stocking before you arrive.
